Meet Our Team
Josh Cadillac, General Contractor
LGC, LRB, LHI, Leed AP, RRP, LMA, LMR
Josh Cadillac was born in New York City, New York. Josh worked for the family business (Aacon Contracting Co. Inc.) from the time he was a young boy. This corporation was founded by his grandfather in 1938, and did work in exporting, hauling, and real estate investing. In 1996 Josh became vice president of (the family business). He was responsible for all real estate acquisition research and analysis as well as tenant relations and coordinating asset preservation. In 2000 he was made president of Aacon Contracting where in addition to his previous tasks he became final decision maker on all purchases and dispositions of assets.
In 2009 Josh received his Florida General Contractors License. In honor of his grandfather and father he opened his construction company and named it Aacon Contracting LLC. Since then he has worked hard to give his customers high quality construction and finishes, at a fair price, and on time. Josh believes in the slogan that was written in big letters in all the industrial buildings his father and grandfather owned: “Quality and Service are Our Only Product”.
Cody Lampariello, VP of Operations
B.A FINANCE, B.A ECONOMICS
Cody Lampariello has been a Florida resident for the past 30 years. A graduate of the University of Central Florida College of business he served in the US Army before moving to South Florida in 2009 where he has spent the last 10 years working in the real estate and construction industry. An avid property investor he cut his teeth remodeling his own investments before realizing that his heart lie in building and remodeling homes more than in any other part of the real estate industry. Since then with Aacon Contracting he has overseen nearly every aspect of residential construction from small simple bathroom projects to multi-million dollar remodels. One day he hopes to pass on the business to his son to continue with the construction of making his clients dream homes a reality.
Camila Yuri, Designer
Camila Yuri was born in Brasilia Brazil modernist city designed by Oscar Niemeyer and Lucio Costa; with 26 years of experience; she studied fine arts, architecture and interior design at Universidade de Brasilia, Universidad Europea de Madrid, Cremer Fashion University and Florida International University. With an analytical eye on mass culture and aesthetics semiology as a base for branding commercial projects to a turn key residential projects. She came to Aacon LLC as part of the team to bring the next level experience on high end services from a simple kitchen to a complete and entire remodel project with white glove service.
Ricardo Mirabal, Project Manager
Ricardo has been in construction for 18 years in the South Florida area. He was a a PM with the third largest restoration company in the United States. Later he got involved in his own company first installing new custom kitchens, bathrooms and complete interior remodeling and then moving to roofing and impact windows until deciding to partner with Aacon Contracting. Ricardo is looking forward to meeting you and helping you fulfill your residential remodel dreams.
Charles Ousley, field Superintendent
Charles has worked in construction for over 20 years in projects ranging from full interior remodel to extensive foundation repairs, concrete shell building, roofing and pretty much every aspect of residential and commercial construction. He recently moved to Miami from North Carolina to work with Aacon Contracting as a project manager and is looking forward to working with you on your project.
